The location of the hotel was ideal for skiing and winter activities. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering delicious hot chocolate and cookies upon arrival. the size of the rooms was impressive and perfect for families.

The hotel could use some updating, particularly in the fitness center and game room. the prices for food and drinks were quite high and not always worth the cost.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and it definitely ranks among the top three hotels we have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, we were treated to exceptional service and a truly memorable vacation experience. The staff, starting with the valet and greeter, were all incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond their duties to ensure our stay was perfect. The receptionist at the front desk was particularly amazing, providing us with valuable information about the nearby attractions and even recommending great restaurants in town. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a well-stocked kitchen and even baby facilities for those with young children. We were impressed with the in-room amenities, including a washer and dryer, twin sinks in the bathroom, and a separated toilet room. Everything about our stay was simply perfect.

Amazing Mountain Resort! Great location with stunning views of the mountains. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well kept. The staff is friendly and always available to help with your needs. The on-site restaurants serve delicious food and drinks. The outdoor pool is a nice place to relax after a full day of exploring.

The resort is a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. Some of the rooms on the lower levels don't have great views.

This hotel is situated away from downtown Jackson Hole but is easily accessible by taxi or uber. It is also close to the slopes and offers a gondola ride to the top of the mountain. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with separate bath and shower. In-room amenities are easily accessible through an iPad. the hotel has a small but great spa and fitness center.

The gym could use a little modernization.
